I’ve been hosting mini sessions at Jordan Lake Christmas Tree Farm for three years, and it’s always such a joy to return to the holiday season. Before the session, some of my clients like to explore the tree selection, grab hot apple cider or hot chocolate, donuts and small gifts making a fun day for the whole family. Having mini sessions here is a great way to celebrate the season while creating lasting memories in a warm, natural setting.

This year, I had the pleasure of photographing the Kelsey and Carlton for the first time. Their session was extra special because it was their first photography session since getting married, and their excitement made the afternoon so fun. I was able to capture a wide variety of photos even with it being busy with other photographers and their families. I loved photographing the Watsons and am excited to share some of their highlights with you today!
