Print Shop FAQ Guide

All print shop products are made-to-order and will be securely shipped within 2 weeks from the date ordered.
Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination and we cannot guarantee any estimated delivery times from the carrier. Freight shipping may be required for large orders.
Right now, we only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added at checkout and is dependent on the final destination of the order.

All framed prints have a 1.5 inch mat and will be delivered in professional packaging with hanging hardware. All prints come with a certificate of authenticity.

All prints larger than 30×45 require a custom quote. Please feel free to reach out at jaclyn@jaclynauletta.com

Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
If you receive the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to jaclyn@jaclynauletta.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of your damaged/incorrect order including the item and it’s packaging. After investigation, if possible, we will ship a new order or issue a refund.
