You may remember my friends Efrain and Amanda from being on the blog before. I photographed Amanda’s maternity session at Duke Gardens and now a year later their baby boy has turned one! They wanted to celebrate his first birthday with some photos at Jordan Lake Christmas Tree Farm for the holidays. Afterward, we stopped by the farm’s shop to enjoy some hot apple cider and donuts before my next session. I love being able to photograph milestones in my friends’ lives. It’s such a special way to watch their families grow. Mini sessions at the farm were a relaxed and fun way to create memories and I hope Efrain and Amanda love these photos as much as I loved capturing them.
