Planning your wedding is going to be a fun season but it can also be stressful. As a photographer, my goal is to make this part of the wedding planning process as simple and stress-free possible.

THE PROCESS01.
After receiving your inquiry, we will have a consultation video call to chat about your wedding details and how I can provide the best photography experience for you. If after our chat we both feel that we would make a great match, then we will move onto the booking process!

Through my client portal, I will send over a custom proposal based on the details from our consultation, a contract and invoice. Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid you will officially be apart of the JAP family! I also send my couples a special resource that is full of info to help prepare you for the big day.

After booking, we will work on scheduling your engagement session. It’s the only time we get to know each other and work together without any timeline pressures before the wedding day. This session is meant to be fun and allows you to get comfortable in front of the camera and with me.

To ensure that your day flows as best it can, I will work with your planner or coordinator to create a photography timeline that will work best for your day. This is the best way to ensure that you are getting the most out of their photography experience.

An organized photographer can make or break your wedding day, and Jaclyn absolutely made sure our day went as scheduled to ensure we got plenty of photos and didn’t miss anything. HEIRLOOM ALBUMS
Every wedding and session I photograph is delivered via a beautiful online gallery. While these galleries are wonderful and convenient, they can also can make you forget how important printing your photos can be.
Once the wedding is over, you’ll have nothing but your memories. A hand-crafted, tangible album is the perfect ending to a wedding experience.
We spend so much time on our phones and laptops that the emotional weight a photograph carries gets lost through screens and the sea of social media - only to be valued by how many likes it receives. If you are investing in high quality photography, you should want your photos to be displayed on more than just those screens. This is why I always recommend an album as the perfect ending to your wedding experience.
Call me a little old school, but sifting through old photos with my family is one of my favorite things to do. It’s nostalgic to say the least. You deserve this with your family. Display your album so you can share it with friends who visit and your grandparents who cherish their own wedding photos. These are not just simple coffee table books. These photos are apart of your legacy and having an album as a tangible memory is something so special and I believe everyone should have them.
FAQs
Do you travel for weddings? YES. If you are getting married outside of North Carolina, please don't hesitate to inquire!
How many images do you deliver? I always say I deliver quality over quantity. Everyone's wedding is different and a couple who has a completely custom floral design for their ceremony and reception is going to receive a lot more images than a couple who has a simple wedding or elopement. On average you can expect between 50-60 images per hour.
What is your pricing? I create a custom proposal for each couple who inquires because each wedding comes with its own unique set of needs. My couples generally invest about $7,500 on their experience. Inquire for more details or about elopements.
Do you offer videography services? I do not offer videography services but I am more than happy to share videographers who's work is amazing and who I love working with. If you are looking for other vendors, please include that in your inquiry and I'll be happy to send over my vendor recommendations that include everything from planners, to florists, to DJs.
What is the turn-around time for my full gallery? Turn-around time for a wedding takes between 6-8 weeks and up to 10 weeks during peak periods.
